Ambassador Justin Harman and Dermot Keogh present a copy of the ‘Atlas of the Irish Revolution’, shortly to be published by Cork University Press, to Dr Alberto Manguel, Director of the National Library of Argentina. An agreement is to be signed this week between University College Cork, represented by Prof Dermot Keogh, and the University of Buenos Aires.
